Azzie Smith is excited to participate in his first fringe festival this year! He loves to make art with his friends, read, and spend time in his garden.

I grew up in Lebanon MO, a small town where our theatre budget was always small and so was our drama department. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t change a thing. Goldfish #1 in Alice in Wonderland was my first ever on stage role. I fell in love with preforming and it persuaded me into shows all throughout Jr and Sr high. Currently you might know me from the film world, but I can’t deny my roots. If it wasn’t for that I don’t know if I would have ever started acting on camera. Gifting me opportunities like Soul on Fire, Dust to Malibu, Don’t Move, Rise and Shine, ClosetSpaceTv, and representing O’Reilly auto parts. Having the opportunity to Host ClosetspaceTV has reminded me of the importance of live entertainment. While I haven’t had a chance to be in a play since 2022, I feel so welcomed as if I had never left. Thank you to the women who have supported me no matter the role, Cj Gahr, Nicole Coble, Susan Ellis, Aliyah Rivero. I hope you enjoy The Exit Strategy.
